Metro Moncton Real Estate Market Report

Halfway through Spring 2009 it seems the existing and new construction sales have now settled on a similar number, -22.
Residential unit sales for both categories year to date are down 22%  from the previous year.
Even with the lower number of sales, the number of active residential listings has not risen from previous years.

I caution that average price information can be useful in establishing trends over time, but does not indicate actual prices in municipalities comprised of widely divergent neighbourhoods.
